A teacher must adhere to the proper process for creating learning materials in order to create these teaching resources. Before developing the materials, a teacher must first understand the needs of the students and, in particular, the syllabus. Then, they must choose each item from the syllabus one at a time. Second, he or she must design the learning materials in accordance with their nature, guiding principles, and development process. A teacher must be able to discriminate learning resources based on their content and language in order to effectively educate. For auditory and content materials, for instance, a teacher can choose pre-existing resources in the form of videos or any other audio resources that can assist the students in meeting the fundamental requirements that the teacher has defined.
The teacher can add to, edit, or even create his or her own resources if the present ones do not exactly assist the students in achieving the desired competency.
In relation to the principles of creating learning materials, a teacher can use any one or more of these principles in addition to taking the nature of the learning materials into account when developing learning materials.
This impact should be made by the materials. The impact of a lesson is realized when the students’ curiosity, interest, and focus are piqued by the contents. The impact of these materials can be increased by adding novelty—unusual topics, illustrations, and activities—variety—using several different instructor voices on a cassette—attractive presentation—using eye-catching colors—and appealing content—covering subjects that the target audience will find interesting, novel, or universal. So a teacher can create a variety of materials even with just one principle in mind when creating them: impact.
